The NFPO InfoSource Resource Centre is an interactive resource centre for network members and other development professionals. It provides:

Colombo Office Facilities and Services for Rural Based NGOs
InfoSource is a ‘home away from home’ where partners can use the Internet, print documents, get research assistance, and have a Colombo meeting place.

NGO sector information
InfoSource has developed and is constantly expanding its catalogue of research, training, project and other information. This is available to all NFPO partners. InfoSource also conducts personalised information searches for all NFPO partners.

Link Development
InfoSource actively contributes to developing and increasing the value of links between its partners and other organizations. This includes international donors, research institutes, government departments and other NGOs.

Network Activities
Info Source is the hub for NFPO’s collaborative action activities. It designs, arranges and co-ordinates workshops, training sessions, meeting and exchange visits.

Publications
InfoSource has a small library, which stocks a range of NFPO, and other development related publications.

InfoSource also publishes a quarterly tri-lingual newsletter (‘Sahasa’), which is distributed to more than 150 organisations and individuals.
